Requirements

All fabric amounts based on full width .
  Homespun/Calico-body/bloomers.  50 cm
   Indigo blue cotton fabric-skirt & blouse.  30 cm
    scraps of Calico – cloth/trim.
   Small blue & white check gingham- underskirt.  40 cm
   Fabric for apron.  50 x 35 cm
  25 cm white cotton cord- basket handles.
   DMC #725(yellow) # 803(blue) # 304(red) and
    black  embroidery thread.
   Scrap of blue/white ticking-boot trim.
  3 buttons.
  5-6 small wooden pegs.
   Scrap of cream flannel – washing basket. 18 x 30 cm
 Scraps of fabric for mix-match socks.
  1 cup clean, dry sand.( Available from Hardware - bag)
   Stuffing.
   Black, white & brown paint.
  Tea bag, coffee or Parisian Essence ( for staining).
   Sewing Machine & general sewing supplies.
   Matching sewing thread.
  PVA glue & Fray stop
