A very popular quick and easy, reversible quilt as you go, crazy patchwork quilt.
The blocks are pieced and quilted all in the same step and the quilt is then
constructed with the help of a 1 inch bias tape maker.

NOTE: The cushions on the cover are not included in the pattern.

Quilt size including the scallop edge: 145 cm, (57”) Square

Requirements are based on 112 cm (44”) wide fabrics:
Fabric for the crazy quilt top    18 fat quarters
Trams (made with 1” bias maker)   1.3 m, (1 ½ y)
5 fabrics for the patchy backing   55 cm each, (5/8 y)
Or one fabric for the backing    2.6 m, (2 7/8 y)
Front of scallop edging    65 cm, (3/4 y)
Back of scallop edging    65 cm, (3/4 y)
Fusible pellon (batting) for the blocks  2.2 m, (2 ½ y)
Fusible pellon (batting) for the scallop edging 65 cm, (3/4 y)
Fusible Web (Vliesofix)    50 cm, (5/8 y)

Additional requirements:
Ric-rac: Approx 1.5 m (1 ½ yards) of 3 colours
25 mm (1”) bias tape maker, (MoonShine recommends the Clover brand)
Rotary cutter, ruler and cutting mat
Fabric scissors and a 2B lead pencil
Sewing machine with the walking foot attached
Neutral coloured thread to blend with backing fabric
*The recommended fusible pellon is medium weight H640
