You’ll whip this divine quilt up in no time. The quilt is constructed with a simple
splice and stitch ‘n’ flip method. Quilt size: Double bed, 2 m (78 ¾”) square.
Pattern includes extra border instructions to make a queen size: 2.2 m (87”) sq.

Requirements: (Based on 112 cm (44”) wide patchwork fabrics)
Quilt top:   25 fat ¼ s that coordinate (For USA, 20” cut in ½)
Backing:   5.7 m (6 ½ y)
Or: For a reversible quilt, buy 25 x 50 cm (20”) pieces of fabric, this is sufficient
for the front and back.
Thin iron on pellon (H630): 5.5 m (6 ½ y)
Ric rac, 5 colours:   Approximately 2.5 m of each (3 y)
Trams and binding:  1.5m (2 y)

You will also need:
Clover  25 mm  (1”)   bias
tape maker.
To  attach  the  trams  you
will  need  either  1 m (1 y)
of  vliesofix  (Fusible  web)

Or  a  Water soluble fabric
glue  such  as   Roxanne’s
glue  baste.     Thread  to
piece  the  blocks,  choose
a  colour  that  blends with
the  backing.    Variegated
cotton    thread    for    the
quilting    and    thread   to
match the tram colour.

Additional requirements for extra border to make the quilt a queen size
Fabric for the front and back of the border: 2.3 m (2 ¾ y),
thin iron on pellon: 1.35 m (1 ½ y) and extra for trams and binding: 70 cm (1 y)
