Bon Bon Bag

Product Information

This fun design features ties that pull together at the sides to form the shape
of the bag, just like a bon bon! You have the option of tying knots at the side
for a casual style or bows for a super cute look. The bag also features stylish
handles and a very easy to apply zipper to keep your belongings safe.

Requirements are based on cotton fabric 112 cm (44”) wide

Small bag, size: 15 cm x 30 cm (6” x 12”)
Main Fabric:     35 cm (1/2 y)
Lining handles and ties:   90 cm (1 y)
Medium weight iron on pellon or batting 60 cm (3/4 y)
Open end zipper    35 cm (14”)

The equipment that you will need is:
Tracing paper, tape measure and pins
A rotary cutter, ruler and board
Fabric scissors, paper scissors
2b lead pencil or a white dressmakers pencil if using a dark fabric.
Sewing machine with the standard foot, walking foot and the zipper foot
Size 80 machine sewing needles.
All purpose sewing threads to match the fabric
